Aquatec Fluid Systems are leading water innovation partners to the water and waste water industries. We provide systems for a wide range of environmental sewerage & water infrastructure solutions, including large scale developments, councils, water authorities and extensive retail and channel partners. We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator / Site Support to join our growing team based in Brisbane. About the position As the Project Support/Warehouse Coordinator you will assist the entire project team by providing high quality support in receiving, collating and dispatching project related items to site, stock management of inventory and consumable items along with some preassembly and freight coordination.
Some of your primary tasks would include:
- Receiving all inwards goods in accordance with Aquatec procedures;
- Manage all external freight requirements;
- Loading vehicles with goods to go on site;
- Receipting Purchase Orders;
- Maintaining inventory stock levels;
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness ensuring all stock is kept in an orderly manner;
- Assembling mechanical components for each of the project phases;
- Delivering components to site and supporting site technicians with the deliveries (this could include driving on site with the delivery of goods); and
- On-site support to Field Technicians when required.
About You We are looking for someone who has:
- Good attention to detail;
- Knowledge of construction drawings (an advantage);
- Excellent communication skills (written, listening, and verbal);
- A current drivers licence;
- The ability to learn quickly and who is self-motivated;
- Prior experience in the water/wastewater or plumbing industry (an advantage);
- Warehouse experience (an advantage); and
- A current Forklift licence.
