As an OpenText Technical lead you are responsible for providing technical leadership to project teams to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical issues.. You are expected have depth of knowledge of specified technological area, which includes knowledge of applicable processes, methodologies, standards, products and frameworks. You would be responsible for troubleshooting production issues and defining technical solutions to proposals.

You Role:

You will be responsible for applying your technical skills, working alongside other team members to grow and extend knowledge on the application features and settings. You will be assisting customers with understanding customer requirements, issues and advising on solution options.

You are **The Candidate** for the role, if you possess:

• Content Server 16.2.X development and administration experience
• Archive server, Brava, Online Broker, Mobile app, Tempo Box
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational and planning skills
• General knowledge of web servers, browsers and other internet applications
• Bachelors or advanced degree preferably related to Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
