Brisbane Bayside is recruiting experienced Aged Care and Disability Care Support Workers for our well-established group of clients.
Our services include: disability care, aged care, nursing care and more - all provided in our clients' own homes.
The successful candidates will have a strong background in Community Care and will thrive on working in a close-knit team and have a passion for delivering the highest quality in client care.
Key requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care equivalents) - mandatory
- At least three years' relevant experience
- Professionalism, a good reputation & respect for our staff, clients and their families
- Well presented, reliable and resilient
- It is also essential to have good judgement, quick decision-making and excellent communication skills
- Current National Police Checks
- Current Blue card and Yellow card - highly desirable
- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications, or willing to obtain
- Smart mobile phone
- Driver's licence and your own reliable car on Russell Island
- Comprehensive car insurance
